About the Founder
Europe Bridge Partners was founded by Tenisha Osei, a British entrepreneur based in Austria, with a vision to build stronger connections between people, organisations, and opportunities across borders.
Throughout my career and personal journey, I have lived, worked, and built relationships across different countries, cultures, and industries. From travel and hospitality to project development, education, communications, and business networking, each experience has shaped my understanding of how people, ideas, and organisations can come together to create meaningful opportunities.
A consistent thread throughout my journey has been the ability to recognise challenges, connect different perspectives, and find practical solutions. I have often worked behind the scenes-listening, understanding, bringing people together, and helping create alignment where communication, trust, or collaboration needed to be strengthened.
Having rebuilt my life and career across international borders, I have learned that expertise is developed through a combination of education, professional experience, practical application, and lived experience.
Living and working between the United Kingdom and continental Europe has given me first-hand insight into both the opportunities and challenges of an increasingly interconnected world. The changes brought about by Brexit reinforced my belief that strong relationships, dialogue, and collaboration across borders remain essential.
Europe Bridge Partners was created from this belief: that meaningful progress happens when the right people, organisations, and ideas are brought together with purpose.
